HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?
A 40% non- refundable deposit and a signed contract is required in order to reserve your date. One month prior to your wedding date, the remainder is due.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TYPICALLY DELIVER?
Generally you will receive anywhere between 700-1,000+ edited and ready for final print images from a full day wedding package. You will also receive anywhere between 100-150 edited images from your Engagement session.
CAN WE PRINT OUR OWN PHOTOS?
Yes of course! All of our packages include high resolution images on an online gallery ready for you to print. We also offer professional printing services at a competitive prices.
ARE ALL THE PHOTOS EDITED?
Yes! Every single photo that you will receive will go through the same post production process as the images you see on our website.
HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
For weddings, post-production takes approximately 6-8 weeks, but you’ll get a sneak peek online within 1-2 weeks of your event. It takes approximately 4-6weeks to get the final images for engagement sessions.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Your photos will be delivered through on online gallery where you are able to download all your images in full resolution in the comfort of your home. The gallery will be up for 1 year after they are delivered. You are able to share this gallery with all your family and friends who attended your special day.
CAN YOU HELP US CREATE A WEDDING ALBUM?
Absolutely! All our albums are handcrafted by local vendors!
I’VE ALREADY HAD AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION, WHAT CAN I REPLACE IT WITH?
If you’re not interested in booking another session you can use your 1 hour engagement session towards an event (i.e. bridal shower) with the purchase of 1 additional hour of event coverage.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF TORONTO?
Yes, we are worldwide and will travel anywhere. There is a travel fee for any wedding destination more than 60 kilometres, and any engagement location more than 35km from the home office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
Some of our best wedding shoots have occurred on rainy days. We know lots of wonderful locations that provide natural light which are perfect for wedding pictures in any type of weather condition.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept email transfers, certified cheques, and all major Credit Cards (payments made through Stripe).
WHAT EQUIPMENT ARE YOU USING?
We use the latest Canon bodies with only highest quality lenses. Our backup equipment is the same quality gear as our primary equipment.

OUR PROCESS
STEP 1
Fill out the contact form and Sara will get back to you with our availability along with our detailed pricing guide.
STEP 2
Review the pricing guide and our full wedding galleries. Like what you see? Book a virtual or in-person no-obligation consultation with Sara. In-person meetings take place in Hamilton, On. We will chat about your style, the wedding day schedule, learn a few things about your family and your bridal party and answer any of the questions you might have at this point.
STEP 3
At the end of the meeting you will receive the official proposal. Take your time and review everything. We never ask to make any decisions on the spot. Make sure you take your time to review everything, but at the same time don’t sleep on it for too long, especially if your wedding date is within a year. Most of our couples make their decision within a week after the initial consultation.
